Suggested uses: Chips, nachos, specialty sandwiches; glaze on grilled fish, chicken; Mexican bean dip, veggie dip with cream cheese.
Recipe: Mexcan Bean Dip
Layer small baking dish with refried black or pinto beans; top with sour cream or Greek yougurt, top with scallions and shredded Mexican cheese. Warm through. Remove from over and cover with cherry salsa. Serve with fresh lime and nacho chips.
