Pickled Beets

Suggested Uses:

• Slice and add to salads or put on cottage cheese.

• Use like Harvard Beets — put beets and juice in saucepan, warm and add salt, pepper and butter and thicken with corn starch.

• Use as a side appetizer with meals warm or cold.

• Eat ’em right out of the jar.

Note: For a twist on hard-boiled eggs, soak in the remaining juice, refrigerate overnight; slice and add to salads or eat whole.
